PLDC - According to a Physical Education
Organization source, the budget considered for Azadi Sports complex is not
suffering any setbacks and is as required. The following statement was
issued after various rumors about
financial trouble by Azadi Stadium after huge amounts were spent on its
renovation.
It was also expressed that the Azadi stadium renovation is going on well
and that there were no problems according to the issued agreements.
The PEO is apparently also going to pay more attention to sports this year
and the more extensive sports projects within the country will be given
financial backing.
